I first started pitching in 1977, at the age of 13. As a junior pitcher, I participated in 3 World Tournaments, and averaged up to 64% ringers. During my 20's, I quit pitching in tournaments and have never really got the same focus back. I now average around 40% ringers, and since 1996 I have participated in 4 more World Tournaments, and 100's of area, statewide, and various other tournaments.

        When I first started pitching there were about 8 styles of pitching shoes available. Now, there is around 40 different styles, and we are currently marketing over 30 of them, in two different weight ranges.

        This website has been going strong since 2000, and I have continued to add items, and promote the game by providing information, and providing quality horseshoes. These shoes are all sanctioned for tournament play, and of legal weight, size, etc. based on the Official Rules of Horseshoe Pitching.
